So I just started my new job about a month ago and I already hate it I dont like the way they treat me there they make me feel like 💩 and honestly I try my best to do my job but it's not good enough for them they want me to be at their level even though I barely started and I'm still trying to get the hang of things and I get in trouble for asking too many questions and if I do something wrong for not asking I get in trouble too so I honestly just want to leave it's over whelming to the point that I want to cry out of frustration because I don't know what to do to please them ! I want to tell my manager that I want to quit or give her a 2 week notice but how exactly do I approach her about it ?! Any advice ? 😰
