Cellulite :(
Does anyone have any pointers on diminishing cellulite? I know I can't get rid of it completely, but I would love to know exactly how to build up more muscle to tone my legs more. Also what kind of foods should I be eating on a daily basis? I have gained about 20 pounds that I want gone!
I've been religiously using bio oil and saturating my legs in coconut oil every night. Also been trying to eliminate as much sugar as I can and doing 30 mins of cardio every night at least 3 or 4 days a week.
If anyone has pointers please let me know what I could improve on!! Thank you!!
