Plan B

I was on birthcontrol for 3 months then went off for a week. Ihad unprotected sex after being off BC, and took plan B May 13th and bled for a week after. Then i went to the gyno and did a pregnancy test which came out negative but it is now July 8th and i haven't had my period and wondering why this is happening?
