First period

Hi all, I'm only 10 but lately I have been getting brown discharge in my underwear with little spots of blood, I have not had my first period yet but is this the start?? Also I don't know whether it matters but I have not got any underarm hair but just small amount of pubic hair. My nipples are large and kind of stick out but I have not got full blown breasts yet? X
