Anyone get a rash this pregnancy?

I have one that started yesterday on my wrist and now it's getting bigger (like welts) it itches like crazy and wonder if anyone has dealt with a rash and knows that everything is safe to put on it/take Benadryl?

It could very well be PUPPS, which is an allergic reaction to the pregnancy hormones. Not dangerous for you or baby, just really freaking annoying, I had it with my first and I'm glad I haven't had that little bugger again. Oatmeal lotions applied regularly and oatmeal baths at bedtime seemed to be the only relief I found. It did get worse after I had littles as the hormones flushed out of my system but was gone after a week or two.
