confidence and self esteem
So in the last two years I have had 3 abortions, I feel so angry at myself and have kind of sunk into depression and self blame and have lost almost two stone in the last 6 months, I have no confidence in myself anymore constantly feel anxious and hate how ugly I am, how do I get over all of this and strat to love myself again :(
