3 years ago my boyfriend gave me a promise ring... We were 18 and 20.... and just a few days ago while at work I lost it 😭 I work in a production bakery and have to take it off for certain breads I produce and it fell from where I normally put it, in my badge, and I didn't notice until I went to put it back on about 2 hours later. I am devastated and he is frustrated but not mad at me because he totally understands. Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever lost a piece of jewelry special to you?

I'm just thankful it wasn't expensive like an engagement ring or something. I'm just heartbroken because I hoped to give it to my daughter some day 😕
