Been craving fish ever since I stopped consuming dairy?
A few weeks ago I found out I have a intolerance to dairy and was advised to stop consuming it. Surprisingly it was easy to give up dairy, and I just found some alternatives. My skin has gotten clearer and I feel less bloated, but about a week after I stopped, I started craving fish really bad! To the point where I want it every single night for dinner and sometimes even for lunch. I'm on a calcium supplement and try to consume lots more vegetables and fruits, so I'm not sure what I'm missing. 🤔
Any ideas?
