PCOS and Femara... So Frustrating!!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago and had 3 miscarriages. I was put on BC to regulate my period for 3 months and took my first round of Femara last cycle. AF is 4 days late so was hoping for a darker line 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I have heard with Femara you O late. Thoughts???? Thanks ladies!! 😘
