My boyfriend graduates from navy boot camp at the end of august. i am 17 and we have only been dating for 5 months. i know it's not a long time but his graduation is really important and he really wants me to go. i have a ticket and i have money to by a plane ticket. it'll be a 3-4 day trip and i would just go with his parents. my mom straight up told me no. she wouldn't even let me say my opinions. i really wanna go and in the long run if we are still together i know this will be very important. how do i approach my mom?
