Cyst on ovary ?

Anyone else have/had cyst ? How did you get rid of them? Any advice would be helpful!

I had surgery to remove a cyst on my right ovary. Smaller cysts have been found before as well as I have PCOS. To lessen the symptoms, I switched to a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free diet and now I don't really have any cysts.

I've had one hemmorhagic cyst and several normal cysts.. honestly, there's nothing you can really do to get rid of it. You can probably try to prevent them by doing certain things like the lady below mentioned, but you can't actually just "get rid of" them.. Unless you have surgery to remove it, and even with the HUGE, bleeding cyst I had, they said they would only remove it if it didn't disenegrate* on it's own, or if I had another like that.
