Would you take a pregnancy test if you kept dreaming about being pregnant.
My baby is 3 months old and I have been taking my pill religiously , but I accidently forgot about 10 days ago.
I keep having dreams about positive pregnancy tests but have no symptoms.
Should I test!? I thought I started my period yesterday but I had just a slight smudge of blood and my periods are usually very heavy. Possible implantation?
