Can a BFP be wrong?

I've just taken a pregnancy test today which has come back with a BFP! Whilst I'm really excited, this is the first month after coming off the pill and I haven't even had AF yet. AF due this week (although can't be 100% as first one off pill), according to Glow, probably Thursday.

Reason I took the test was bloating for the past 2 weeks, my breasts are so so sore! I just don't want to get too excited if there's a chance that it could be wrong!
