AF is due today. I had slight cramping yesterday and a small amount today but barely. Usually when AF is coming I get really bad cramps and bleeding starts heavy. Today I have a very very slight pinky tinted cm. should I count this as the start of AF and so CD1? The reason I ask is because I am wanting to take soy isoflavones cd 2-6 this month so I don't know if I should count today as cd1 or not? I'm still holding out to a glimmer of hope that i could still be pregnant but who knows 🤷‍♀️
