How do you heat up a heat pack?

Hey guys I'm 13 and my mum is away in holiday and I started to get real real really bad cramps but I don't know how to heat up a heat pack can u reply and tell me please

If it is a cloth pack filled with a grain of some sort then it can be microwaved at 10 second intervals until hot. If it has some sort of liquid or gel filling then DO NOT microwave.

Also, take some muscle relaxer med. please read the recommendations on the label of the Tylenol or Ibuprofen please!

What type do u have? Can u post a pic? 
You can also put a hot towel on, get a towel and wet it and try to get as much water out as possible and put it in the microwave for 1 -2 min and place it over where it hurts. Just watch out it's not too hot!
