Low supply
Is anyone else suffering with low breast milk supply?? My baby os 39 days old today & I'm trying everything..
Oats, shatavari, fenugreek, moringa, tons of water everything and I can barely pump out 30 ml and the baby feeds on me but needs a top up with formula all the time...
I'm at my wits end 😐
