8/9 days! I worked hard to get it in... I had a little colostrum at the hospital and they were like great enjoy. I ended up having to get a hospital grade pump and took motherslove supplements and tea and pumped like a mad woman and fed her and supplemented formula for a week or two due to jaundice. 
But other than that have ebf and she's 9.5 months now and a chunky one.

Around day 3 for me (I've over produced since 16 weeks pregnant though) normally it will come in by day 4-6 and be fully established by 6 weeks.

If you had a c section it can take a bit longer.
Colostrum is all baby needs until your milk comes in.

5 days. Up the water. Cut out caffeine. Eat wheat bread and Natural yogurt. It really helps

Day seven and suddenly. I got maybe 1-2 Mls pumping for a half an hour. Then on days 7 my milk literally burst in. I even ran a fever and felt ill. I went from nearly dry to over producing.
