Cramps post embryo transfer..normal???

Question

I had one embryo transferred 4 days ago, and from two days past the transfer I started to get mild cramps that resemble AF but milder. They have been pretty consistent for the past two days. I am freaking out that it could be my period 😩 Are cramps normal? Has anyone experienced cramps and ended up with a BFP after IVF?

I had cramps after my successful transfer. 17w1d pregnant with twins right now. When I had a failed IVF transfer, I didn't have cramps....so your cramps might be a good sign :) Good luck!!

Totally normal and a good sign! I had cramps, actually really really painful cramps, and got my BFP after a frozen transfer. It started about 3 days post transfer. Sending you positive vibes!!

Absolutely normal. I had them starting around Day 5 for both my failed and positive cycle. Best of luck to you!
