Pineapple core question
I'm on CD13 and judging from my current OPK's, I'll have a positive tomorrow. Right on schedule. Anyways, I want to try pineapple core this cycle and I'm wondering should I start the day after my positive OPK or start the day I see my temp spike for confirmed ovulation?
