Does everyone ovulate around day 14 after period, like its that the average? I do not use ovulation tests, I just monitor my

and I'm 10 days past my period and my cervical mucous was clear and watery and today its thick and creamy.

I had positive ovulation tests on 7/29 & 7/30 BD on 7/29 had negative test today. Technically 9DPO today.
