Blue eyed baby?

Can two people with brown eyes and dark brown/black hair have a baby with blonde hair blue eyes, mind you the child is almost 2 now and still has blonde hair and blue eyes. (I know sometimes hair and eye color change after a few months).

My dad was black haired and brown eyes and my mom had hazel eyed and brown hair. I was the whitest blonde haired blue eyed baby you ever seen. Recessive traits from my Dutch grandmother.  
So yes, if both carry the recessive traits.

If they have relatives with blonde hair and blue eyes yes. If they each carry those genes it's a 25% or a 1 in 4 chance.

My uncle is black (only saying skin color to paint a visual picture, not to do with race, don't jump me) with brown hair and brown eyes. My aunt is white with brown hair and brown eyes. Their first and second babies were both boys who are black with brown hair and brown eyes (both with lighter skin than their dad),and their third baby is a girl with white skin blonde hair and blue eyes.
Our shared Grandma is white and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
Another weird genetics thing: my Grandma from my Dad's side (4 kids) AND my Grandma from my Mom's side (11 kids) both have O- RH- blood. None of their kids have O- RH- blood. Both my parents have A+ blood. I have O- RH- blood. My parents both had the recessive genes for that blood type, and I'm the only one of my siblings with that blood type too. Genes are so fascinating!

One of my good friends and her husband had a very blue eyed, blonde Bub. 
They both have dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. 
It can be a throw back from gens ago.
