Did you have a "feeling" the day you went into labor?

38 + 3 days here and no BH contractions, or anything. She's been moving around all day! Did you have a feeling leading up to it or was it out of nowhere?

No feeling at all, although my sister said I would know the day before and "have a feeling". It didn't happen for me. We went to the doctor for my 40 week check up (day before her due date) and I was still 1 - 1 1/2 cm (three weeks in a row) we scheduled the induction date just in case. I was so disappointed, crying on the way home from the doctor. I really didn't want to be induced because of all the added interventions that would be needed. Plus I was so over being pregnant! Well, went to bed at 11:15pm, water broke at 11:30! My baby girl came into the world the next morning at 6:42 am on her due date 7/7/17! We're home happy and healthy! I think just trying to relax and not worry about it helps, but we all know that's easier said than done!

Water broke when I was sleeping woke me up out of a dead sleep was able to jump out of bed before the liquid got out... Contractions didnt happen on their own had to go up to the highest dose of pitocin... Took from 2:30am-9:45pm

Went to Dr in the morning for my 38 week check up. My husband had been with me to every appointment before this one but we decided to have him stay home with our older son that day since no progress seemed to be happening. At the Dr I had a feeling that I should have had him come with me. Dr did a NST and sent me to the hospital where they admitted me to induce me in the morning, but my water broke before they gave me the pitocin.

I had no warning whatsoever. Woke up suddenly at 4am with contractions 2 minutes apart. Had her 3 hours later.

I had been having contractions that were very tolerable, but the time range was very close and they weren't letting me sleep. I was questioning if I was in labor (and my decision to call off work at 38weeks 1 day) until my water broke 8 hours after the onset of contractions. I am so glad that I was home because it was a LOT of fluid and there's no way I could have had that under control to drive back home.

I did with my second kid, I woke up with light contractions and just knew it was time. He was born 3 weeks early too but I just knew it was time lol With my first and third kids, I went overdue so everyday past my due date I had that weird feeling lol I think I was just extremely anxious to get those babies out lol I'm 37 weeks and I know it's getting close
