What gets poop stains out of clothes?

I need help getting poop stains out of everything. What should I use?

My go to poop stain remover has been warm Dawn with white vinegar. Put it in a spray bottle and spray on the stain. You can either let it soak or scrub it, depends on how bad it is. I always tend to just let it soak for a few hours, rinse, repeat spray and then scrub and wash.

sun!  place the item in the sin while damp.  I do cloth diapers and it works every time!

I bought an oxi clean spray/spot cleaner. I try to spray it as soon as possible and gently rub it(usually just fold the clothes over and rub the spray in) and throw it in the basket. I dont put it in the laundry right away. And most all of the stains have come out except out of one stain.
