Diastatsis recti
Ladies I'm too nervous to do this. I want to start working out. I'm 5 weeks post partum but I just heard about diastatsis recti. I'm scared to examine it on myself. I feel very uncomfortable about it, the whole pointing the finger to feel the gaps in the belly. Who's done it already? What exactly am I looking for? I've watched a YouTube video on it but I'm still scared.
