TTC a year after have back to back MC and ectopic pregnancy(with one tube removed)

I need all the tips tricks and everything else you can throw my way! My fertile window started the 6th according to glow. We had sex on the 7th like right at midnight and I was trying to get my husband to have sex the 9th before it hit midnight but that didn't happen haha. So we had sex 12am on the 7th and 12am on the 10th. Give me your thoughts on and ways that could help us conceive faster! Anything even if it sounds crazy. I'm willing to try anything :)
