Implantation or Period ? 🤔 PLEASE READ & COMMENT🙏🏽

Okay so I had sex on the 3rd of July and 2 days later I used the bathroom, wiped and had very light bleeding. I assumed my period was coming so I logged it into all my apps but as I was doing that all my apps said I wasn't supposed to get my period for 8-10 days. The bleeding is very light basically just spotting so I'm not sure because I've had it since the 5th but it's so light, nothing like my period. I've also had slight cramps in my lower abdomen and cramps in my back. I don't know how to explain it I just feel different. Any thoughts??
