Rhesus negative?

So today I had my 12 week scan and I am rhesus negative while the father is positive. The midwife didn't say much but from what I've read online, it doesn't look like I'll be having a second child.
Anyone else been through this and can explain to me exactly what it means? I feel like I'm working myself up.

I'm RH negative and I'm on my 4th pregnancy with twins.  All of my kids are RH+. We get a shot at like 28 weeks and after.  All of my kids were healthy and my first only had a bit of jaundice and had to be under a lamp but he was just fine.  You'll be able to have more everything will be okay. 😊

You're fine. At the birth - or if you have unexpected bleeding during pregnancy - you'll be given an anti-D injection to stop your body from producing antibodies that attack the baby as a foreign entity (which is a risk if you're negative and the baby is positive).
Once you've had this injection, you can have a million babies! You just need to have the injection if there's bleeding, or during the birth, for each child.
I'm negative and it's all fine. My mum was negative, I'm negative, my sister (mum's second baby) is positive... no issues at all. Modern medicine has you covered, girl. Xo

Wait, why wouldn't you have a second?
All they do is give you a rogham shot every pregnancy and it carries on as normal.
I had the shot my first pregnancy, and I'm pregnant again, and will get the shot. It isn't bad. A good percentage of women are RH negative and have babies the same as everyone else.
My advice? Don't google. My pregnancy was the same as everyone else's and it doesn't put you at a higher risk. Just get the shot and you'll be fine. Lol, it's really not a big deal at all.

I'm Rh negative, they give you a shot called RhoGram durning the pregnancy and after the baby is born of the baby is positive blood type. My son is also negative blood type, and I'm currently pregnant again and not sure what my husband is but I get Got a RhoGram shot early because of spotting and then I'll get another at 24weeks.

I'm negative and my sister is negative too. My sister has two kids, and I'm on my second pregnancy with our second and third children. My mom is likely negative as well since it's highly unlikely both me and my sister would be negative if both my mother and father weren't, and she had three kids (4 pregnancies).

I'm RH negative and had bleeding my first pregnancy but received the shot immediately and a couple more times during that pregnancy and I had a healthy baby girl. Now I'm in my second pregnancy and baby is growing perfect and I will receive the shot at 28 weeks since the shot I got after giving birth to my daughter is currently doing its job. Its safe to have more then one pregnancy.

Totally common. I'm RH negative and you normally get the Rhogam shot around 28 weeks and then again after birth every time. I'm pregnant with baby #3 now. Don't worry! She should have been more informative to you about this.
