How many times do you change your panties a day (24/hrs) ?

Okay so my boyfriend finds it weird that I change my underwear at least twice a day. I'm a bigger girl with some thunder thighs so I can't wear the pair of underwear I've warn all day to bed. Plus I feel gross if I do. So tell me ladies, what do you guys do?

I need a clean pair after a shower (before bed) and when I wake up. Sometimes another if the guy gets me going.

Usually wear them all day then if i dont shower, i wear them to bed. If i shower, i get fresh ones for bed. Then i always get fresh ones when i dress in the morning.

2-3 a times a day, I just like feeling fresh lol

I sleep naked so I just put on a clean pair when I wake up, whether I showered before bed or not. 😂😂

A take shower twice a day,  so common sense dictates that I change every time I shower. I dont go to bed without a shower and I don't start my day without one, after sleeping and sweating in my sleep.

I put a clean pair on after I shower in the morning and when I get off work I freshen up and put on comfy clothes and a clean pair for bed.
