Egg yolk discharge 6 days before scheduled ovulation

This is my second month with a period and TTC since my IUD removal. Last month, the app was spot on when I would be ovulating(Took an ovulation test and it came out positive on the day Glow said I would be) but didn't get pregnant. Today and tomorrow are my highest percentage days of getting pregnant so says Glow again, but I took an ovulation test and it came out negative. I also do not have egg yolk discharge like I did last month, but did notice it for one day 5 days ago but didn't take an ovulation test bc I thought it was too early. Is it possible I ovulated last week? Or that I could still be this week, it's just going to be later than expected?
