I had a miscarriage in June at 6/7 weeks along. We have been having unprotected sex since about a week after my D&C which I had 3 weeks ago.

I haven't had a period yet but have been feeling sick to my stomach for about a week and every now and then will puke a little. I also haven't had an appetite what so ever.

With my previous pregnancy I didn't start getting sick till right before my miscarriage, had a funky appetite and extremely sore breast.

Well today I took a test and could swear I saw a vvvfl (didn't take a picture).

I have been tracking my temp so I know I don't have a temp but have never tracked it before to know if it shows I ovulated.

Is it possible I am pregnant again? Or no because my symptoms aren't 100% similar to my previous pregnancy and its just a fluke?
