Finally did it!

I get a lot of anxiety when it comes to calling people and making appointments and things like that, but today I called my OB and told them that I think I have PPD and I go in tomorrow to talk to her. I've been shaking ever since but I did it! Sorry for the pointless post but I wanted to share this accomplishment.
