Anyone know what this could be???

My son is 9 months old. I was clipping his toenails after giving him a bath and I saw this. They look painful. Any ideas?

Looks like any bites. My little sisters feet was covered in ant bites & it looked just like that.

UPDATE: My son has his 9 month appt and the doc wasn't concerned she said it looks like an ant bite. She said just make sure he doesn't try to scratch at it. And it should heal up on its own!!

Kind of looks like fire ant bites. Ive had them before, very painful and itchy.

Aw goodness! Looks almost like a fire ant bite... Boil? Large pimple? I'd put itching cream on it a a tolerable hot rag to see if it'll pull the stuff out..
