I started my period June 30th, my period ended July 5th. I had unprotected sex on Saturday but he pulled out and he was pretty drunk so it was hard for him to cum in the first place so he didn't even cum until a minute after he pulled out. Today I started light bleeding out of no where. I've also been on a keto diet (low carb to barely any carbs) and I've read that, that really messes up your cycles? But I also just had a baby 4 months ago. But the last 3 periods I've had has actually been kinda on track. Is this normal?
