TTC w/ Unidiagnosed Autoimmune Disease?

Anna • TTC, Married.

I will be TTC very soon but am very hesitant due to my currently undiagnosed autoimmune disease that is most likely (due to recent sudden onset of symptoms and worsening thereof) degenerative. I am very young, only 21 years old. They have thought it to be Lupis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Socratic Arthritis, etc however I am always lacking one or two symptoms for a full diagnosis. I'm currently under the blanket diagnosis of Fibromyalgia for treatment reasons. I also have a negative RH factor on top of this and my blood pressure runs rather low all the time (90's/60's). I get corticosteroid injections in my hips and knees every three months as well as get fluid aspirated every few months as well off those sites. I've been doing extensive research on pregnancy with all of these conditions and they vary all over the board. We've already been trying to conceive on and off for about six months, which I know isn't long. I'm just wondering if any other women have gone through pregnancies with some of these conditions. I'm looking for advice on what I should/shouldn't do. If your pregnancies were considered high risk or not. Or if you had any serious issues while pregnant that ended up being dangerous for you or the baby. I'm really attempting to prepare myself thoroughly before going through this. Please tell me all you know, ladies. ❤️ Love and baby dust. Xoxo.
