When should i start buying baby stuff?

Im concerned im already 5 months baby is okay thanks God!  and that was the only thing that had me worried , now that I knowthisidk when to buy.

You can buy anytime people usually wait until they know the gender so they know which section to buy from but if youre not going to find out and just wait until birth then get gender neutral things

I've been slowly buying the more expensive things since about 16 weeks

We bought a couple of the expensive things such as bassinet, stroller and just the sensitive diapers and whipes in a bunch of sizes. You never know what you'll get at your baby shower if youre having one but if there is something extra specific I think it would,be okay to get it.
