best option for quitting "nurse to sleep"
my LO will be with a baby sitter in about a months time since i will be going back to work. she currently nurses to nap and sleep before bedtime. i need help stopping the cycle to make it easier on our baby sitter. she's 10 months as of now and will be 2.5 weeks short of 1 year by the time i go back. what did you ladies do to stop nursing to sleep?
