We just got rear ended but I don't have insurance in my car right now.

I hit my face and my nose hurts

I was in a red stop sign and the guy never stop

And just hit us.

My face hurts and my back is hurting

What should i do I never been in this situation before I don't know where to go or what to do.

The guy gave me all his information and took off because I said I would call the cops

Update:

I contact the insurance company and Im just waiting for the cops as soon as I said I would make a report he said he needed to go I couldn't stop him. But I got all his information took pictures of his driver license and his plates his car and him.

I already talk to his insurance and contact a lawyer and still waiting on a cop to get here all this happened around 3:19pm
