Need some opinions ladies!

I posted my chart from June so you ladies can see but today is cycle day 32. I didn't use ovulation tests this month but on cd 19 I remember having some cramping and cm so I took a test and it was pretty dark opk but not positive. Today I have no symptoms of af, only random shooting pain in my breasts periodically and some light light cramping. I have very little cm and random nausea. This evening when I took my bra off I noticed a huge vein through my nipple and that's it! I took a pregnancy test on cd 29 (Friday, before I went to a concert.) and it was negative. I believe I had a chemical pregnancy last month. I had a few faint positives before af showed up. I know I have to test but what you think? With no symptoms? I'm so confused 😩 I'm going to test again in the morning. I was going to do it this morning but I chickened out. I don't feel pregnant, and I'm scared my cycle is going out of whack again. Thoughts?
