Sleeping with bra on?

Anyone sleeping with a bra on? I'm "blessed" already in the chest area so my biggest fear is sagging! Not that I can prevent it but have read that sleeping with a bra on may help. Thoughts? Due January 27 with my first 😊

I've always wore a bra to sleep, not my normal bra, just a sports bra. Much more comfy for me, I don't feel comfortable free boobing it. Lol

I always wear my bra to sleep even when not pregnant. I have Always been overly large. I'm actually saving for breast reduction surgery after this pregnancy and breastfeeding. This is my 2nd baby. I have a 13 year old daughter. I'm not sure if it's true that bras keep them from sagging but mine don't. My grandma also wore a bra constantly and her's still looked great at 56 when she passed.

Yes. I got some bras with no underwrires. If I don't wear one, my boobs are massively sore in the morning.

I wear a bra because my boobs are just so heavy. I've always been blessed with a chest and with my first I didn't wear a bra and they sagged 🤦🏻‍♀️ this one I've been sleeping with a bra and I can tel they are perking up!!

Nope! I'm also large chested but I could care less if they're a little saggy when I don't have a bra on because the only person who sees my boobs without a bra is my fiancé or if I go to the beach and no one has perfect boobs unless they're fake. Bras are way too uncomfortable for me. I rip it off as soon as I get home
