Starting right at week 18 (currently 19 and a half weeks) I have had the worst pain in my tail bone area. Right from the bottom of my spine to middle of my bum throbs. It hurts like someone took a bat and smacked me right on the tail bone! It hurts to sit, lay down, and walk. I can't seem to get any relief. Is this normal?? I've heard of sciatic nerve pain being common but this is different. Do you ladies have any recommendations to relieve the pain? This first time mama would definitely appreciate it!
