Sucking boobs & breastfeeding???

Should a person that gets sexually aroused when their SO sucks on or plays with their nipples breastfeed? I've never had a baby yet but with TTC this is a question that has crossed my mind since I can't get off unless my nipples are played with. Idk if breastfeeding is different though because I don't like sucking a lot, just the gentle rub on the tips of them.
