So I have a younger sister, she's a teenager but under 16 and asked me something. I didn't know how to respond so I thought I'd ask you guys. She told me that she really loved her boyfriend and they were expressing that in a sexual way. She definitely understands that she is too young for actual sex and is planning on waiting until an appropriate age. She asked me if it was okay to try things in a sexual way with him. Like not actually sex but maybe experimenting what they like without doing it to see what they like and preparing themselves, emotionally and physically. I have ensured that it is all consensual and safe but I need your advice. Is it legal to do that sort of stuff before the age of consent? No hate please :)
