Trying to Conceive

My hubby & I have been trying almost 2 yrs. We have done blood work checking my levels along with test for him. Everything has came back good so far, it seems like some months I have 2 cycles such as in June an now Im 10 days away from cycle according to this app an started light spotting today...anyone have any advance to share!!
