Can someone help me figure out this dream please?

I had a dream that I had children (two daughters, one probably around 4-5 and one only a couple days old). I didn't know the father of either daughter, but something tells me that the dad's weren't the same for each daughter because I was worried about them looking different from one another. I was also never really around to look after them for whatever reason (probably school), so my mum had to look after them for me.

I feel like this is such a strange dream. Any thoughts? Should I get a pregnancy test lol?
