How long did it take of you actively trying to conceive

We have been actively trying with help of my Obgyn for 11 months im on my 2 round of clomid we use pre seed, soft cups, legs elevated, and opk kits . My husband loves being involved ( I'm lucky ) so we don't stress about timed sex he is 21 I'm 23 we are married own our own home and have great jobs and wonderful life but I feel incomplete all the doctors say "everything is fine" I've seen 3 different ones before we started trying we had him checked and his swimmers are prefect ! So now that time done with my back story feel free to share yours and let me know how long it took you to conceive and how you finally done it ! Thank you
