How did you and your Dom/SO/Master meet?!

We went to high school together. He was dating this girl who was friends with a girl I dated. I was dating one of his friends. (They aren't friends anymore, but that's just because he was a jerkface.)
Our econ teacher (Block class) sat us at the same table for 2 years. Just us and his girlfriend,  which was a bit awkward but I think she wanted us to get together. We were her favorite students.

He was friends with my sisters and some of my friends, but we always seemed to miss each other.
But when I first saw him, all I could think about was how sad he looked and how I wanted to talk to him.
He felt the same, but my boyfriend told me not to talk to him. Jerkface.

I messaged him on fetlife a while afyer high school, and we dated for 2 weeks. His girlfriend broke us up. (She told me he wanted to break up, and told him I wanted to break up, and made us just mad enough that we didn't talk about it. We're poly.)
Three years later she cheated on him and kicked him out, and I was still his friend, so he confided in me.
Of course my feelings hadn't gone away so when he staryed saying no one liked him, I had to call him a liar.

We're engaged, now. Haha. Long story, I know. But the details are super sweet and cheesy.

We met on meet me. I had NO idea what i was getting myself into. he scared me off the first time i didnt pay him any mind until about 3 months ago. Im so glad I did. he is a great guy
