Powerful kicks

My sons kicks have been very frequent the past several weeks but this week they've ramped up. Sometimes I even get startled and jump. Sometimes it's enough for me to scream OWWWWW! I swear last night it felt like he was trying to claw out of me. He's getting bigger and bigger by the week and seeing that I have 5-6 weeks left I might be in for a rumble. Anyone have similar experiences?
