Af coming but can't distinguish symptoms

I'm waiting for AF. Supposed to happen tomorrow. But all last week and the week before I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms! Smell aversions, crazy appetite and cravings, tender breasts and sore nipples. And then I wonder if it's all in my head because of how bad I really want to conceive. I try not to think about it until someone asks if I'm prego or it's time for aunt flow to come 🤦🏽‍♀️ I've been experiencing light cramping too tho so I feel like AF may be coming. Idk. Am I going crazy?😔
