Is this Claritin safe to take while pregnant? I am 17.5 weeks

O have very bad allergies the past couple of days and need some relief. I bought this Claritin. Is it safe? I am currently 17.5 weeks pregnant.

I was told only Benadryl was safe. I guess drs have different advice.

I use nasacort spray. Over the counter. Much safer than pills and much more effective!!

It's strange in the UK I've been told by doctors and several pharmacists there aren't ant safe allergy remedies for pregnant women - #suffering

I got a list from my doctor's office that said regular Claritin is safe to take! 👍🏻

I take Allegra for allergies, my doctor said it's perfectly fine. I do take the Allegra D though, he didn't specify anything about antihistamines. For me, if it doesn't have the D, it's a waste.

I was told as long as it's not Claritin-D, with decongestant, it's fine. Plain Claritin should be safe.
