College freshman advice

I'm good on the learning part but the social and financial parts... that's harder. Mostly social. I'm not joking when I say I have zero friends. They all left me and for a year I worked on bettering myself and fighting internal demons and finding God. Now I'm ready to be social, meet people, and who knows... maybe even date but that's unlikely. I don't know how to flirt or be sexy or anything. 19 year old virgin and clueless here. 😔 help
